Polyolefin Clarifying Nucleating Agent
These grades modify the crystallinity of semi-crystalline polymer resins, accelerating crystallization speed. By providing crystal nuclei and refining crystal grain structure, they improve rigidity, HDT, dimensional stability, transparency and surface gloss.
Your Nucleating Agent Supplier in China

SYCHEM TECH is a nucleating agent supplier based in Shenyang, China, offering sorbitol-based clarifying agents, stiffening (alpha) and toughening (beta) nucleating agents for polypropylene and polyethylene, plus rapid-crystallization nucleators for polyamide. As your formulation development partner, we match the right grade to your resin and goal — higher stiffness and HDT, faster cycle times, glass-clear transparency, or improved toughness — and back every grade with a TDS, COA, and food-contact compliance where required. For background, see the overview of nucleation.
Looking for a reliable nucleating agent supplier with formulation support? Tell us your polymer, target property, and processing method, and our team will recommend a grade and arrange samples. Explore our related processing additives — antioxidants & HALS and lubricants — the parent processing additives hub, and the full functional additives range.
Which type do I need? Use a sorbitol clarifier when transparency matters — food packaging, housewares, and thin-wall containers. Choose an alpha (stiffening) grade to raise rigidity, heat-deflection temperature, and molding throughput in polypropylene; a beta grade to improve impact strength and toughness; and a polyamide grade for faster, more uniform crystallization in PA6 and PA66. Typical addition is only 0.1–0.5%, so a very small dosage delivers a measurable property gain without changing your base resin or process window.
Applications span automotive interior and under-hood parts, rigid and flexible packaging, caps and closures, appliance housings, medical and labware, and fibers and nonwovens. Tell us your polymer, the property you want to move (clarity, stiffness, cycle time, or toughness), your processing method, and any food-contact or regulatory requirement, and our technical team will recommend a starting dosage and a shortlist of grades worth sampling within one business day.
