Ethylene Transparent Nucleating Agent
Product Overview
NAE-23 is an ethylene transparent nucleating agent designed to solve the dispersion issue
of polyethylene transparent nucleating agents under low-temperature melt processing conditions.
By increasing the number of polyethylene crystals and reducing spherulite size,
it helps improve the optical, mechanical and processing performance of polyethylene,
especially linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE).

Product Properties
Appearance: white powder.
Insoluble in water, methanol, ethanol, acetone, ether and cyclohexane.
Exhibits antioxidant behavior in organic solvent environments.
Based on toxicity testing information shown in the source image, it is presented as a low-toxicity / non-toxic grade additive for industrial use.

Applications
Recommended Applications
This product is mainly used in LLDPE blown film applications. It is suitable for LLDPE film production
and can significantly improve film light transmittance and surface gloss, while also enhancing tear strength,
impact resistance and production efficiency.

Usage
How to Use
This product can be used directly with resin. Blend it uniformly with the polymer before extrusion processing.
To achieve better dispersion, addition through masterbatch is recommended.
Recommended dosage: 0.05–0.2%, depending on film thickness and final performance requirements.
