This product forms a large number of finely dispersed crystal nuclei, creating a fine and uniform crystalline structure.
In injection molded nylon applications, it can shorten molding cycle time, improve productivity,
reduce shrinkage, improve demolding behavior and help prevent warpage of molded parts.

It can also improve tensile strength, impact strength and dimensional stability of finished nylon products.
These performance benefits are not limited to injection molded nylon and can also be effective in cast nylon,

Usage
How to Use
This product can be used directly in nylon formulations. Blend it uniformly with resin before injection molding or extrusion.
Recommended dosage: 0.05–0.2%
