Unitechem HALS 622
Unitechem HALS 622 (Light Stabilizer 622) is an oligomeric hindered amine light stabilizer with very low volatility and minimal migration, which makes it a stabilizer of choice for thin films and fibers. It also works as an antioxidant, adding long-term heat stability to polyolefins, and it is often blended with HALS 944. Applications
LS-622 is the light stabilizer of choice for all applications demanding low volatility and minimal migration. Primary applications include polyolefins (PP, PE — thick sections, films, tapes and fibers), olefin copolymers (EVA), and blends of PP with elastomers. Also highly effective in polyacetals, polyamides, polyurethanes, polystyrene, ABS, soft PVC, rubber and adhesives. Optimum performance is achieved when used together with antioxidants and UV absorbers.
