A white powder containing ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane dispersed in an inorganic carrier. Widely used in engineering plastics, color masterbatch, additive masterbatch, and other plastics to improve processing properties, surface properties, and filler dispersion.

Wear-Resistant Solutions for Engineering Plastics

The active ingredients use a directional polymerization process. Compared with traditional silicone additives, these grades have superior substrate compatibility — no precipitation, no impact on mechanical properties, low odor, and high/low temperature resistance. Anti-Scratch Masterbatch

Pelletized formulation with ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in polypropylene and other thermoplastic resins. Excellent compatibility with the plastic substrate; even the smallest addition imparts long-lasting scratch resistance plus aging resistance, premium hand feel, and reduced dust accumulation. Widely used in automotive interiors, household appliance shells, sheet products, sealing strips and more.

Anti-Abrasion Masterbatch for Shoe Soles

Noise Reduction Technology

Anti-Squeaking Masterbatch — SILIPLAS 2070

A specialty polysiloxane providing excellent permanent anti-squeaking performance for PC/ABS parts at low cost. Particles are incorporated during compounding or injection molding — no slow post-processing step required — while preserving impact resistance and other mechanical properties. By eliminating the need for surface coatings or design changes, SILIPLAS 2070 dramatically simplifies anti-noise engineering for OEMs.

Base Raw Materials

Silicone Gum & Silicone Fluid

Two foundational raw materials for downstream silicone formulations. Silicone Gum offers high molecular weight with low vinyl content for color masterbatch and low-hardness silicone products; Silicone Fluid (SLK-DM series) is a modified, variable-viscosity polymer additive engineered specifically for halogen-free flame-retardant (HFFR) compounds.

Silicone Gum

High molecular weight, low vinyl content, insoluble in water but soluble in toluene and other organic solvents. Small compression deformation and excellent saturated water vapor resistance. Suitable as a base for silicone additives, color developers, vulcanizing agents, and low-hardness silicone products.

A modified, multi-viscosity silicone-based polymer additive specifically designed for halogen-free flame-retardant (HFFR) polyolefin and other elastomer compounds. Enables compounds highly filled with hydrated minerals such as ATH (aluminium trihydrate) or MDH (magnesium dihydroxide).
