ENGAGE™ 7256
ENGAGE™ 7256 is an easy-coloring, lightweight, general-purpose polyolefin elastomer (POE) grade based on an ethylene-butene copolymer. It is well-suited for footwear foams, molded products, toys, consumer goods, and household products. Additional applications include automotive bumper fascia, TPO roofing, and noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) applications.

ENGAGE™ 7256 has a typical density of 0.885 g/cm³ and a melt flow rate of 2.5 g/10 min (190 °C/2.16 kg), which makes it a semi-rigid, medium-flow grade in the Dow ENGAGE range. Grades in this window are typically used for:
- Impact modification of PP where more stiffness has to be kept
- Film modification and sealing layers
- Compounds that need a balance of toughness and modulus
