Alloy Portfolio
Pure PPO is rarely sold as a standalone material. By blending with other resins, distinct alloy families are created — each tailored for specific applications.
PPO / PS
The classic Noryl system. Best balance of cost, processability, and performance — widely used in electrical housings, automotive interiors, and appliances.
PPO / PA
Represented by SABIC NORYL GTX. Combines chemical resistance and paintability — the standard for in-line painted fenders, wheel covers, and exterior door handles.
PPO / PP
Low specific gravity with high chemical resistance. Preferred for EV battery module separators and structural parts (e.g., Asahi Kasei XYRON T series).
PPO / PPS
Represented by Asahi Kasei XYRON DG. Combines PPS heat & chemical resistance with improved dimensional stability for ADAS camera lens barrels and optical components.
